1. Dance more 2. Go outside to the park to ride a bike 3. Go for daily walks or runs 4. Eat healthier foods and drinks 5. Go hiking with friends or family 6. Drink a lot of water 7. Sleep more- 7-8 hours of sleep 8. Eat more vegetables 9. Eat more healthy snacks 10. Deep clean my room every week to keep myself moving 11. Go swimming during the summertime 12. Play more sports 13. Start working out at home 14. Be more active and not stay in bed 15. Go shopping so I can be active walking around
