1. I can start to eat more healthy food some examples are: Eggs, blueberries, more fruits, leafy greens, and whole grains. 2. Start drinking healthier drinks like: Green tea, orange juice, blueberry juice, smoothies, green juices, and coffee. 3. Go for daily walks or runs 4. Go outdoors more and not stay in my room 5. Go out with friends or family 6. Take more naps so I can rest 7. Go to the park with family 8. Talk to friends or family when needed 9. Learn how to deal with stress 10. Try not to stress out a lot- over assignments or anything else that stresses me out 11. Listen to music when I'm in my room 12. Play with my niece more 13. Play with my cats or my dog 14. Dance more when I'm not in a good mood 15. Watch movies or shows
